How is MasteriDesk pricing calculated?
The MasteriDesk licence is charged per workstation. The final price depends on the number of workstations in your estate and on the support options chosen: it is provided as a personalised quote.
Which hardware does MasteriDesk support?
Driver packages for Dell, HP and Lenovo business ranges are retrieved automatically from the manufacturers’ catalogues. The deployment engine, based on WMI and DISM, remains brand-independent. For a custom-built PC or a consumer range, you import the driver package into your library yourself. Please describe the make-up of your estate in your request.
Can a workstation be deployed without a PXE server?
Yes. From the Library, you create a standalone USB drive protected by a password whose expiry you set, then ship it to the local technician.
How does MasteriDesk fit with SecuriDesk?
MasteriDesk is available directly from the SecuriDesk console: the image and driver library, deployment settings and workstation tracking are all managed from the same interface.
Are support services included?
Support services (training, advanced configuration, audit, enhanced support) are offered à la carte in addition to the licence, so that you only pay for what you actually need.
